Eco and Ecotop cylinder systems now with lower GWP refrigerant - R513A

ENERGIE has just obtained MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) certification for the Thermodynamic Solar Heat Pumps of the ECO and ECOTOP ranges, with the new refrigerant gas R513A, a more ecological and energy-efficient alternative, intended for the production of Sanitary Hot Water (DHW).

The R513A refrigerant gas, with a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP), reinforces ENERGIE's commitment to the growing challenges posed by climate change, in the search for solutions that mitigate environmental impacts, while maintaining the high performance and reliability that characterize its equipment.

MCS certification is an international benchmark for quality, performance and technical compliance. The certification process is rigorous and involves not only the technical evaluation of the products, but also an in-depth analysis of the manufacturing process, the materials used, the internal procedures and the training of the teams involved.

In the United Kingdom, MCS certification is mandatory for the marketing, installation and access to state incentives related to water heating systems. With this renewal, ENERGIE reinforces its position as a leading manufacturer in the British and European market, promoting efficient, sustainable and certified solutions.
